WHAT INSPIRES ME:

CrossFit changed my life by making me focus on what my body can do, versus what it looks like. I love the idea of helping others realize what amazing things their bodies can do and what they are capable of.

LIFE / FITNESS GOALS:

-My fitness goals are to be able to do anything that is presented to me. To also continue to be as healthy and fit as possible.
