Functional fitness shouldn't just be for adults. Whether your young ones/teens are preparing for sports or just looking to stay active and healthy, our kids ClanFit classes combine gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills for ages 6 to 15. Let's get these kids/teens started on becoming their own SUPERHERO and the athletes of tomorrow!


Teen Barbell club will be a more specialized Olympic Lifting class designed to introduce young athletes to the Olympic Lifts and to develop the techniques and skills needed to be proficient in these movements.
