Professional Experience

I have been in the Martial/Fitness industry for over 12 years. Within those years I also served in the NJ Army National Guard as an Infantry Specialist. I have always been fascinated with the potential of the human mind and body. Training your body to be strong and efficient is the key to living a limitless life. With such strength, training the mind to overcome any physical dangers, to control fear, that is true potential. My goal has been always to find ways to push that boundary for myself and others.

I have competed as a Martial Artist and CrossFitter. I received 3rd Place at the 2016 Legacy Games in the Male Rx Division. Have completed multiple Krav Maga Instructor certification courses, finishing at the top of my class and continue to pursue my Krav Maga black belt. I have a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I am a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I also held an amateur MMA fight record 2/0.

I have worked with MMA fighters, adaptive athletes, crossfitters, LEO, and military personnel. This has proven to me that impossible is nothing, through hard work you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
