I am married to my husband, Herbie. I have 2 kids - Mia and Liam. 

Athletic Background:
I’ve been doing CrossFit for 6 years. Prior to that I was a runner and ran a half marathon. 

What Inspires Me:
My family. 

Life/Fitness Goals:
I’d like to continue working out and bettering myself so I can be the best version of me for my family & others. I hope to be a great coach and mentor for those who walk through the gym doors.
